Nioh 2
A little personal story here – I’ve recently been playing Nioh Complete Edition on the PC. It’s pretty damn good, even if you’re not a huge Soulsborne guy. So when E3 2018 was rolling around, I hoped that Nioh 2 would be announced. As the expo was underway, we learned what Shadows Die Twice actually was – a From Software title with samurai called Sekiro. Then Sony dropped Ghost of Tsushima gameplay and honestly, it looks pretty damn amazing.
So even if Nioh 2 wasn’t announced, I would have had my share of awesome looking, hack and slash titles with samurai as the main killers. Lo and behold, Nioh 2 was confirmed and not only that but William Adams (if that was indeed him) can now turn into a Yokai. I don’t even know how but this E3 has more than delivered for me.
