RE1’S LIVE ACTION CUTSCENES – Resident Evil 1
Resident Evil has always embraced its campy nature, right from the very first moments of the first game- sometimes, it did so even unintentionally. The live action scenes used in the original PS1 release are a great example of that. Poorly acted, backed up by mediocre production values, and feeling just so completely out of place in the game, these scenes are a shining example of why games should stay as far away from intermittently shoving live action scenes down your throat as possible.
