Dead Space
EA Motive has done a fantastic job of breathing new life into this 2008 classic survival horror, and a lot of that can be credited to the fantastic visual presentation. The narrow corridors of the USG Ishimura now boast exponentially greater amounts of detail, and combine that with completely redone character models and an updated lighting model – and Dead Space becomes quite literally a new experience. It performs well on both consoles and PC, but the latter is undoubtedly the better option to experience it thanks to support for high frame rates and oddball resolutions like 21:9 among other things.
