Alan Wake 2
Alan Wake 2 tells a wonderfully weird story about our beloved writer plotting an escape from the Dark Place, and Remedy does a great job of creating a beautiful world that’s equal parts beautiful and threatening. Alan Wake 2 presents its world with a consistently high level of detail, and PC is perhaps the best place to play it thanks to exclusive support for path-traced indirect lighting and high-quality ray tracing. However, running these computationally taxing effects at high resolutions requires nothing less than the top-of-the-line hardware – so be prepared to put your rig through its paces.
