Red Dead Redemption 2 on Current-Gen and Red Dead Redemption Remake
Rumors of a Red Dead Redemption Remaster have been doing the rounds for a while. However, it seems something could be going on with Red Dead Redemption 2 as well. Leaker AccountNgt said that an upgrade for the acclaimed sequel on Xbox Series X/S and PS5 was coming but couldn’t share more details.
This was followed by Rockstar Mag’s Chris Klippel reporting that a remake of Red Dead Redemption 1 was also in the works. Take Two is looking to release eight remasters and/or remakes before 2025 so both are certainly possible. But whether we get an announcement for either game next month will depend on just how far along development has really been. Nevertheless, here’s hoping.
