Dead Island 2

Remember Dead Island 2? Announced back in 2014, the open world action RPG has been delayed again and again, shifting development from Yager Development to Sumo Digital and finally Dambuster, Deep Silver’s own internal studio. However, insider Tom Henderson reported in February that the sequel may be re-announced and launch this year. Development is apparently going rather smoothly and Dambuster is targeting a Q4 2022 release for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Which showcase it could be re-revealed at is the million-dollar question (any issues could also result in a delay to next year), but it could very well be in June.
