The term “amateur player” doesn’t just have to apply to someone who’s bad or new to the game. It could also apply to someone who’s yet to fully understand a game’s map. Knowing where health packs in Overwatch or Power Ammo in Destiny 2 can spawn makes a huge difference. Also, take PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds or Fortnite. In these games, knowing the best locations with the best possible loot and gear drops is important. Knowing when to hit those areas is also paramount to winning at times.
