Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
At first, it seems like Sekiro doesn’t care for how you want to play the game. Endure its punishing parry-based combat or die trying. But slowly, it all clicks into place, each battle pushing its own rhythm and strategies while the level design, pacing and lore is incredibly well done. It’s no Dark Souls but Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice strongly establishes its own niche.
