The Regenerator Rises – Resident Evil 4
The sheer number of cool moments in Resident Evil 4 can’t be understated. Case in point is the Regenerator’s first appearance, where it suddenly saunters in after Leon collects the Freezer Card Key. Shooting off its limbs and head did nothing and just when you’d think shooting its legs off would buy you some time, it would start leaping and gnawing on you with little effort. Of course, the Iron Maiden – which emits spikes from its body with every shot – is even more grotesque.
