Forza Horizon 4
The seasonal approach had the potential to feel gimmicky in Forza Horizon 4. Thankfully, Playground Games didn’t compromise on the essentials, like attention to detail when portraying Edinburgh and other Great Britain districts, or the 450 cars at launch that felt just as amazing as previous games. Being able to race across a variety of disciplines without restrictions in many races also felt awesome. The signature Showcase events, including the one dedicated to Halo, felt right and the changing seasons actually altered the world in fun meaningful ways besides just providing new activities to do.
