Red Dead Redemption 2

Official trailers and videos for Red Dead Redemption 2 are something special. They don’t come often, but when they do, an impact is made. Such is the case with the previously promised launch trailer for Rockstar Games’ magnum opus, an open world action adventure that’s been in development since 2010. Watch it below and try not to count the time remaining until launch.

Red Dead Redemption 2 follows a ruthless gang led by Dutch van der Linde. With Arthur Morgan by his side, life is good. That is, until something goes wrong during a heist, and the Van der Linde gang is forced to go on the run. Venturing across the Wild West, players control Arthur, and attempt to avoid the authorities while ensuring the gang’s survival.

The living world promises an array of side missions, memorable characters, and interesting activities to explore. There’s a meaty campaign as well (judging by its 2000 word script) so don’t worry about just sticking to the story. Red Dead Redemption 2 releases on October 26th for Xbox One and PS4.
