Amid all the hype for the Google Stadia Connect event, which will reveal the price and release date for Google’s cloud-based game streaming service, it seems that several details have already leaked. Engadget pulled a story about Destiny 2 going free to play that also mentioned Stadia releasing in November. Now, it’s Canadian website Lapresse.ca that’s revealed the actual date and pricing.

Google Stadia will launch on November 14th in 14 countries and will have a Founder’s Edition that costs $169. This will include a gamepad, Chromecast Ultra, Destiny 2 and a three month subscription. To stream up to 4K resolution and 60 FPS, you’ll need Stadia Pro which will cost $11.99 per month and only include “older” titles. Newer games must be purchased separately.

A new subscription option will be available in 2020 which will be free but only support 1080p streaming. You also won’t receive just about any game like the Stadia Pro sub. At launch, Stadia will require Chromecast to work but should function with Google Chrome on any Google device in 2020. As for launch titles, you can expect 31 games in total including Destiny 2, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, The Division 2, DOOM, Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Kotaku’s Jason Schreier chimed in on the story and seemingly confirmed that it was legit. All that’s left is to wait for Google Stadia Connect at 9 AM PST for more information.
