Sega and Sonic Team have a new trailer for Sonic X Shadow Generations, featuring all the new Doom Powers that Shadow the Hedgehog obtains in his standalone campaign. Somehow, Black Doom has returned and bestows new powers on Shadow. They’re powerful and sinister, but do they have a price? Check them out below.

These powers include the previously revealed Doom Spears, which sends out five ranged projectiles, and Doom Wing for flying through the air. The new ones include Doom Blast for launching enemies through walls and Doom Morph, transforming Shadow into a dark(er) being to traverse hazardous terrain.

While the remix of Supporting Me from Sonic Adventure 2 is incredible, the highlight is definitely the appearance of Sonic Heroes’ Metal Overlord. Suffice it to say that Doom Surf will come in handy during this encounter since you can jump and spin while surfing.

Sonic X Shadow Generations launches on October 25th for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Check out the impressive Collector’s Edition, which includes a Sega Dreamcast statue.
