Death Stranding 2

Sony has officially confirmed a State of Play presentation for January 31, and with the showcase set to cover more than 15 games over the course of over 40 minutes, it’s clearly set to be a packed one. So far, Rise of the Ronin and Stellar Blade are the only two games that have been officially confirmed for the State of Play so far, but there’s plenty other major titles that, according to leaks, are set to show up as well.

One of them is rumoured to be Death Stranding 2, and director Hideo Kojima seems to be all but confirming those rumours in the lead-up to the event. Over on Instagram, Kojima recently posted about the State of Play, while also retweeting Sony’s official announcement tweet on Twitter. Clearly, the man wants you to watch the presentation.

Leaks have claimed that Death Stranding 2 is set to be part of the State of Play showcase, and that the game’s full, official title is going to be revealed as Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.

Other major titles that have been rumoured for the show are remasters for Until Dawn and Sonic Generations, a VR-exclusive Metro game, and Silent Hill 2, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and Judas.
