64. Rumors up till point indicated that Xbox One would come out on November 8th. Other rumors said November 27th. A new one indicated that the release would be on November 22nd.
This was just an instance of one conflicting source after another, each one seemingly more reliable than the last. The Xbox One was thought to release a week earlier than the PS4 in order to arrive before the PS4 on November 8th. Then it was suggested that Microsoft would release the Xbox One on November 27th because…well, there was a reason, that’s for sure. Finally, the rumour mill churned out a November 22nd release date based on information from a company that did promotional material for Walmart. How many people actually believed this one? Well…
