75. Nvidia says it’s no longer possible for consoles to have better graphics than PCs.
NVidia boss Tony Tamasi stated that it was no longer possible for consoles to have better graphics than PCs. On one hand, the gap between consoles and PCs is noticeably absent in this generation as compared to previous ones where the console was superior and the PC played catch up. However, consoles aren’t necessarily limited by their hardware which is evident in the fact that good looking games are still being released for the Xbox 360 and PS3, first party or otherwise. And that’s not even factoring in the Cloud computing aspect of both consoles. Will Nvidia’s new Titan range reign supreme or will we have to wait and see?
