Square Enix has added another title to its E3 2019 broadcast: Techland’s Dying Light 2. The company has also confirmed it will be publishing the title, and promises more information on June 10th, 6 PM PT. Previously, it has also confirmed the worldwide reveal of Marvel’s Avengers for its E3 presentation (along with potential new details on Final Fantasy 7 Remake).
Dying Light 2 is an open world action adventure title like its predecessor. However, it’s bringing some serious consequences to one’s choices courtesy of writer Chris Avellone (who also worked on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order). Depending on your actions, new factions can overtake the city, and its general look can be altered.
In development for Xbox One, PS4, and PC, it’s possible that Dying Light 2 could receive a release date at E3. An extended gameplay demo and other details are likely coming too, but we’ll have to wait and see. Stay tuned for more announcements on the road to E3 2019.
