#4. POSEIDON (GOD OF WAR 3)
We’ve spoken about a number of excellent opening God of War sequences, but none of those can hope to match the sheer jaw-dropping spectacle of Kratos’ fight against Poseidon in the opening minutes of God of War 3. The Lord of the Seas proves to be a formidable enemy to Kratos, but what makes this fight really stand out is its unbelievable scale, with Kratos and Poseidon fighting on top of a constantly moving and shifting battlefield- Gaia herself, as she climbs up Mt. Olympus while the Titans and the Olympians wage their epic battle in the background.
