Guilty Gear Strive - Faust

Arc System Works has release the final character starter guide for Guilty Gear Strive following its closed beta going live. It’s all about Faust, the bizarre doctor of the franchise, and his unorthodox attacks. Check it out below for a better understanding on how to use his abilities.

Previous starter guides have focused on other characters available in the closed beta, from Sol Badguy and Ky Kiske to May and Axl Low. Yesterday’s videos capped it off with Chipp Zanuff and Potemkin. The closed beta is scheduled to run until April 19th so if you’ve received access, it’s worth playing over the weekend.

Guilty Gear Strive releases in fall 2020 for PS4. In a first for the series, it will have rollback netcode for online play, though the closed beta is currently using a delay-based implementation. With the mechanics being streamlined, will it be the start of renaissance for the series? Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
