Overwatch Echo

Overwatch’s 32nd hero Echo is finally available on live servers for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch. As an AI with some personality from Overwatch founding member Dr. Mina Liao, Echo is a damage dealer with a host of interesting abilities. Check out the trailer below.

Echo’s primary fire is Tri-Shot, which shots three at once, with her secondary fire being Sticky Bombs that detonate after a short time and deal significant burst damage. She can fly into the sky and use a channeled beam that deals more damage to enemies and barriers with less than 50 percent health. Her Ultimate is Duplicate which allows Echo to become an enemy hero and use their abilities, including spamming their Ultimates.

Along with Echo, the latest update also adds Competitive Open Queue. It’s essentially Competitive mode but without any restrictions on roles or role queues. If you want to go in and play good ol’ fashioned GOATs, have at it. Stay tuned for more updates on Overwatch in the coming months, especially with Echo being the last hero until Overwatch 2 releases.
