No Ink Ribbons At Higher Difficulties

resident evil 3

Unlike the original, there are no Ink Ribbons in the remake’s higher difficulty options. Which is odd considering that they’ve always been a staple of the series. What’s even stranger is that even Resident Evil 2 Remake had them on hardcore difficulty.

From a gameplay standpoint, this is frustrating for those who want a challenge. Granted higher difficulties like Nightmare and Inferno have typewriters spaced further apart but the complete lack of ink ribbons is baffling.
