It’s no secret that Sony has been ramping up its efforts to bring PlayStation exclusives to PC. God of War was recently announced for the platform after the releases Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone, and the publisher also acquired Nixxes Software to help in porting PlayStation IPs to PC. But it seems that the next PlayStation title coming to Steam has already been outed.
According to Reddit user penguin6245, a listing for Sackboy: A Big Adventure has apparently gone live on SteamDB, with one of the branches named “sumoqa.” This seems to point towards Sumo Digital which developed the title for PS4 and PS5. However, the depot name “Marmalade Content” was also discovered, seemingly referring to Project Marmalade from the GeForce NOW leak. The latter is the same leak where God of War for PC was mentioned.
Further adding on to all of this is the fact that the SteamDB listing was scrubbed. Perhaps Sony didn’t want the news getting out so early. We’ll find out in the coming weeks so stay tuned until then.
