SCEE Has “Some Intriguing Game Announcements Planned”

Again, they're not telling what those announcements are but that's the point really.

Andy House, Sony president, introducing PS4
The road to E3 2013 is always the most intriguing. With the PlayStation 4 having been revealed as far back as February 20th and with Microsoft set to showcase the next Xbox on May 21st, we usually see a few high profile announcements for games around this time, with more details showcased at E3.

As if on cue, SCEE blog manager Fred Dutton in the comments section on the official PlayStation blog stated that Sony has “a busy week in the offing” and that it has “some intriguing game announcements planned”.

Of course, he didn’t specify what – and it’s definitely more than one. Maybe a new Guerrilla Games’ new IP, Gran Turismo 6, the next Motorstorm and maybe something from Media Molecule that doesn’t involve friggin’ puppets?

Time will tell, and with Microsoft hyping up their next generation line-up with the next Forza, Project Gotham Racing and even Call of Duty: Ghosts coming for the Xbox 720, it’s going to be a busy month before E3.
