the last of us part 2

We’ve been treated to a deluge of new The Last of Us Part 2 information this week. After confirming when the game will be released, Naughty Dog have revealed a ton of new details, from the game’s massive ambition and scope, to the improvements they’ve made to the AI, to other, more sophisticated changes that they’re implementing. We even got to see some new gameplay footage of it yesterday.

If you have a hankering to see even more new gameplay and also learn some interesting new details on the game, we have something for you. PlayStation Access, the official UK PlayStation YouTube channel, has uploaded a new video containing roughly 6 minutes of gameplay footage. We get to see a lot of the supposed improvements in action, with the AI and the improved stealth looking particularly impressive, while some of the new enemy types – such as the dogs (who look like they’ll make stealth absolute hell) and the Shamblers – being show off. Take a look below.

The Last of Us Part 2 is out on February 21, 2020 exclusively for the PS4. Naughty Dog recently confirmed that it won’t have any multiplayer mode, before teasing that we’ll still see Factions in some way, shape, or form eventually.
