12. Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut
Sucker Punch Productions’ open-world action adventure is still stunning to behold. Set on Tsushima Island during the first Mongol Invasion, players control Jin Sakai as he embraces subterfuge to take down the invaders. Between liberating villages and fighting ronin, he could also engage in several side quests, many of them going into further detail on each of his companions. There are also hot springs to discover, haikus to write and gorgeous landscapes to admire.
