Yes, Starfield has several empty planets, save for the flora, fauna and procedurally generated activities on them. However, its cities like New Atlantis and Neon are teeming with things to do and side quests to complete, from locating key items to corporate espionage. The sheer attention to detail in some locations is also worth noting, and even if you’re not flying seamlessly through the universe with your ship, hanging out in orbit and discovering space stations, dog fights, and more can be enthralling.
