Gears of War meets XCOM in Gears Tactics, a prequel set 12 years before the first game. Players can customize their squad, partake in crazy turn based battles and even fight massive bosses. The real question is: Will our squad-mates’ deaths be permanent throughout the story, thus prompting new recruits to be trained? We don’t know when it will release but Gears Tactics is currently PC bound.
