Cut Endings
Cut content is often the result of unfortunate circumstances – see Knights of the Old Republic 2, which would have showcased how each party member ended up but instead had to settle with telling their “futures” due to a tight development schedule. Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, again, is worse because of Mission 51. Konami maintained that Mission 51 was canceled and not meant to be the ending but footage of the same appeared in the Collector’s Edition and showcased the fates of Liquid Snake, Psycho Mantis and so on. Sounds pretty important to us but Konami disagreed.
