It’s difficult to go into every single detail about the new ending in the NieR Replicant remaster. But suffice it to say that it caters to everything that fans could possibly want, from a playable Kaine to a reunion with Emil and finally, the return of Nier. What’s even more interesting is how it seemingly creates some new possibilities for the future. Is a worse fate set to befall our heroes? How does this affect the current timeline, given that NieR Replicant led directly into Automata?
