Batman: Arkham City
Sure, many of you would prefer Batman: Arkham Knight to feature on this rundown, and whilst the culminating entry in Rocksteady’s series does indeed exhibit the best open world gameplay it’s the second entry Arkham City which arguably edges it due to it harbouring a more sandbox style gameloop. This walled-off section of Gotham isn’t overly massive either, it’s a perfectly sized playground for you to test out all of Batman’s stealth skills and gadgetry, not least with the Riddler trophies.
