CrossfireX
Smilegate’s Crossfire is one of the most popular free to play titles in the world but CrossfireX is about more than just multiplayer. It’s published by Xbox Game Studios and has a campaign developed by Remedy Entertainment. The latter’s Northlight Engine makes for realistic character models, detailed explosions and all kinds of particle effects. With Remedy’s pedigree, CrossfireX – or its campaign, at least – looks like it will be a blast when it releases in 2021 for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
