Die-Hardman Breaks Down – Death Stranding
When the Last Stranding has been stopped and John Blake McClane aka Die-Hardman encounters Sam, he confesses his sins. He killed Captain Clifford Unger at the behest of Bridget, despite Unger saving his life countless times. Eventually, he breaks down at Unger’s fate and believes he’s meant to keep being Die-Hardman. Sam breaks the news that no one is seeking a president that thinks they’re immortal and that being scared of death means valuing life. In some small way, McClane finds peace and the will to go on.
