CARRION
Carrion is perhaps more unique than most games on this list- because it literally turns the tables. In Carrion, which the developers describe as a reverse horror game, players take control of a shapeless horrific creature that breaks out of its cage, and then stalks and hunts and consumes the people who imprisoned him. It’s a fascinating premise, and if the game can properly provide the creepy tone and power fantasy gameplay trip that its premise teases, it’ll be a hell of an experience.
