How ironic is it that the franchise’s first foray into action RPGs also happens to be its best? If it’s not Bayek being an incredible protagonist, it’s the setting of Egypt offering unique regions and multitudes of quests. Combat isn’t always the most fluid, and stealth is diminished, but Origins still delivers an engaging experience with a tout narrative and gorgeous presentation.
