Remedy Entertainment’s Control is all about Jesse assuming the role of FBC Director and preventing the Hiss from spreading far out into the world. The brutalist architecture of the FBC Headquarters provides an excellent contrast to the weird paranormal activities and experiments in its deepest darkest corners, and the gameplay is bombastic in all the right ways. It’s a gorgeous game that’s surprisingly fleshed out with detailed lore and backstories, and adventure game fans should definitely check this one out.
