DOOM: The Dark Ages

A new DOOM game, especially a prequel which follows the Slayer during his medieval days, isn’t a tough proposition. However, id Software is going all out with DOOM: The Dark Ages, offering new weapons (including the Shield Saw, which doubles up as a buzzsaw), enemies, a giant mech, and even a flying mount. Promising slower, heavier action with more projectile dodging, it looks to be the perfect contrast to DOOM Eternal.
