Starfield Shattered Space - Global Release Times

Starfield’s first major expansion, Shattered Space, is just a few days away, and Bethesda has revealed its launch time. The journey to Dazra starts at 8 AM PT on September 30th and should roll out to all regions by October 1st.

As for accessing it, the conditions are very straightforward. Simply finish “One Small Step”, the first mission of the main quest, where you’ll get your first ship, battle the Crimson Fleet, and arrive on Jemison to meet the members of Constellation. After that, fast-travel to a planet lacking any missions or encounters in its orbit.

A distress call from The Oracle will arrive, thus beginning Shattered Space’s main quest. Fair warning, though: Bethesda recommends being at level 35 for the “best experience.” Of course, if you want to jump right in, difficulty be damned, go for it.

Starfield: Shattered Space will be available for Xbox Series X/S and PC at launch. Check out our feature for all the details, or watch the latest Settled Systems animated short for a closer look at what happened to the Scaled Citadel.
