Ever since its delay, Luminous Productions’ Forspoken has been receiving a good amount of gameplay footage. Following Game Informer’s trailers, with the latest breaking down the different categories of spells, another new trailer debuted during Sony’s State of Play presentation. Check it out below.

The trailer offers a good amount of dramatic camera angles but there’s plenty of combat to be had. More of the game’s enemies can also be seen, including a massive dragon and various creatures that have been mutated by The Break. Frey will utilize a variety of powerful spells to fight them off but there are also some cool options like a magical surfboard for traversing through water.

Forspoken is currently slated to release on October 11th for PS5 and PC. It will be a 24 month timed exclusive for Sony’s platform and also one of the first PC titles by Square Enix to retail for $70. Expect more gameplay and details in the coming weeks.
