Marvel is looking to finally make its big dent in gaming with next year’s Marvel’s Avengers. The game has recently shown off quite a lot of gameplay despite being a decent ways away. Of course, the star power is all in the characters that people have grown to know and love. Today we get an up close and personal look at the First Avenger, Captain America.

Publisher Square Enix released a new video that is a profile of the Avenger. You get a brief bio of the character, which includes his real name as well as his physical appearance, then a tight look at the character model, followed by a few moments of him taking on some villains. The character models are said to eventually be more polished as time goes on, but Cap’s model looks pretty solid here.

Marvel’s Avengers will release May 15th, 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia. To hear what the voice actors involved in the game think of fans’ disappointment on the lack of movie-inspired visuals in the game, take a look through here.
