Starfield Shattered Space

With all the big releases this month, it’s almost easy to forget that Bethesda Game Studios’ Starfield is receiving its first paid expansion, Shattered Space. In a new tweet, Bethesda offered up some new details, like players having more than 50 new locations to explore on Va’ruun’kai, the homeworld of House Va’ruun.

You can also craft “gross” new grenades based on organic material and battle “formidable new enemies” like the Redeemed and Vortex Horrors. Furthermore, while Va’ruun Zealots will be present, you may also run into Spacers and Crimson Fleet members. It seems like they won’t be easily identifiable, with the developer noting you should watch for “those taking advantage of the situation.”

Starfield: Shattered Space launches on September 30th for Xbox Series X/S and PC, retailing for $29.99. Head here to learn more about Dazra, the capital city of Va’ruun’kai, and how players end up in the House’s secret home world. You can also check out the space-faring RPG’s latest update, which adds a free land vehicle for exploring planets.
