The latest update for Bethesda Game Studios’ Starfield is now available on PC via the Steam Beta Branch. It implements AMD Fidelity FX Super Resolution 3 (FSR 3) and Intel Xe Super Sampling (XeSS) support.

The update isn’t as hefty as the previous one (which offered over 100 fixes and improvements). However, it fixes issues like clouds seemingly vibrating in DLSS Performance Mode and a visual artifact that may occur when aiming weapons or swapping between tasks. Save file stability should also improve for those who visited many different places due to a change to FormIDs.

Miscellaneous issues like the resolution scale resetting to 1.0 when going from Fullscreen to Windowed mode with DLSS enabled should also be fixed. Check out the full update notes below for more details. It goes live later this month for PC players, ahead of the next scheduled update.

Starfield is available for Xbox Series X/S and PC. Bethesda is working on new gameplay options, city maps and a new Creation Kit.
