24. Sleeping Dogs

Evolving from United Front Games’ True Crime series, Sleeping Dogs presented a compelling story with an incredible rendition of Hong Kong. Though it won’t beat GTA in terms of sheer detail and activities, it was still possible to commit crimes, complete with a Heat meter, and engage in carjacking, street racing and even karaoke. The combat remains a delight, and as the world opens up, it offers several fun activities and side missions to complete.
