E3 2013 – Xbox One’s “Can’t Flip A Switch” Policies
At E3 2013, even after the world lambasted the Xbox One for its always online requirements, Microsoft insisted that it couldn’t just flip a switch and change everything. Heck, former Xbox boss Don Mattrick proclaimed that the best option for those without Internet access was to buy an Xbox 360. While it took more than a few days, Microsoft actually did remove the always-on properties. It was probably too late by then though.
