Soulcalibur 2
At launch, Soulcalibur was described as a perfect game especially with its visuals. How could a sequel possibly improve on this? In that respect, the list for Soulcalibur 2 was long – improved textures and polygonal counts for each fighter; better ambient lighting and shadows; more detailed backgrounds; better animations, you name it. While the first game is still superior in terms of overall balance, Soulcalibur 2 proved a worthy follow-up in terms of presentation and feel.
