Platform-Exclusive Anything
Exclusives are always a contentious matter but with the newest console war beginning this year, fans’ ire over exclusivity boiled over. PlayStation players got Zombies Onslaught in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War for a year with Spider-Man in Marvel’s Avengers and titles like Final Fantasy 16 being exclusive. On the other hand, Microsoft’s acquisition of Bethesda opens up the prospect of Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6 being exclusive to Xbox (if not having the best versions). This was all before either console even launched – who knows what the coming years could hold?
