To say that Bethesda’s Fallout 76 has had its share of issues since launch would be an understatement. With all the ridicule thrown at Repair Kits in the Atom Shop and the recent Nuclear Winter mode, it seems only fitting that the most recent Patch 11 should have issues. After going live yesterday and promising changes to the Power Armor system and new player experience, the patch has introduced a number of bugs.
These range from sets of Power Armor disappearing to freezing issues and lack of Legendary drops from enemies. Bethesda has acknowledged the issues and noted on Twitter that a hotfix would be coming. Said hotfix was postponed to today due to more time being required for issues but it seems to fix the issue with Legendary drops at least.
That being said, Fallout 76 players are fairly disappointed. Demands for a Public Test Server are being made so that major patches can be tested before going live. With the Wastelanders update still coming this year, it remains to be seen if Bethesda can improve its overall patch process.
We are looking into issues being reported after patch 11 yesterday and plan on releasing a hotfix later today. We are canceling today's livestream and will speak with you in the forums, on Reddit, and social.

The hotfix planned for today has been postponed until tomorrow. We need a little more time to look into the fixes we're working on for Legendaries and others. We'll provide an update as soon as we have timing. Thanks for your patience.
