Gamescom opens its show floor for attendees starting tomorrow. Prior to that is Gamescom Opening Night Live, a showcase event that will features publishers like Microsoft, Square Enix, Sega, Ubisoft and much more. Recently on Twitter, producer/creator Geoff Keighley confirmed that the show would run for two hours with 25 games in total revealed.
We already know some of the games that will be present. Kojima Productions’ Death Stranding will have an “exclusive new look” and a possible PC version announcement. The Coalition will premiere campaign gameplay for Gears 5. Even Need for Speed Heat, the latest racer from Ghost Games, will have its gameplay reveal.
Of course, the Epic Games will have a few “exciting games” to showcase for its storefront. Square Enix is also expected to showcase more footage from Marvel’s Avengers and Final Fantasy 7 Remake – both titles are already confirmed to have gameplay demos for attendees to try. The show will run about 2 hours in length and feature 25 games.
