In the lead up to The King of Fighters 15’s launch, SNK has been revealing characters from its impressive roster at a pretty regular clip, having revealed the likes of Chris, Athena Asamiya, and newcomer Isla. Of the 39 characters the game will have at launch, 31 had been revealed so far (that being K’). Now, the next fighter has also been revealed.
A new trailer confirms that Heidern will also be in The King of Fighters 15’s roster. The commander of the Ikari Warriors is, of course, a series mainstay, and has been ever since he made his first appearance in The King of Fighters ’94. This time around, he will be voiced by Haruo Yamagishi. Fellow Ikari Warriors fighters Ralf Jones, Clark Still, and Leona are also in the game and have already filled up all slots in Team Ikari, so it remains to be seen what team Heidern will be part of.
The King of Fighters 15 launches for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on February 17, 2022. You can check out its PC requirements through here.
