Game Overview:
The Rogue Prince of Persia is a sidescrolling roguelike game developed by Evil Empire and published by Ubisoft.
It features mechanics similar to Evil Empire’s previous roguelike title, Dead Cells.
Evil Empire warns that Steam Deck players "may experience occasional drops in frame rate" in some sections of the game, though the developer will continue to optimize performance.
The update, which is now available, also brings with it new enemies to take on in combat, as well as a new weapon type.
The development team continues to optimize and improve performance for the rogue-lite, with additional fixes currently in the works.
Issues with saving, crashes and other bugs will also reportedly be addressed, with Evil Empire revealing patch notes soon.
