Fallout 76 and No Human NPCs

Fallout 76

It’s one thing to confirm that Fallout 76 is online only and focuses on cooperating with or against other players. That ruffled its own share of feathers. However, while there will be random quest giving robots and terminals, you won’t encounter any human NPCs. So we won’t find anyone like Burke or Three Dog in the game. There are no NPC Raiders either. Honestly, while it kind of makes sense lore-wise, we’re still kind of bummed about the whole deal.
